<p>One person was killed and another seriously injured when a tour bus belonging to Disney starlet Miley Cyrus overturned on Interstate 85 in rural Dinwiddie County, Virginia overnight.

Cyrus was not on board at the time of the crash.

The accident happened on I-85 south near mile marker 56 in Dinwiddie County, that’s about 45-minutes south of Richmond, Virginia. There were 10 passengers on the bus when it careened out of control and flipped on its top Thursday night, according to Virginia State Police officials. The driver of the bus was killed on impact, but authorities are withholding that person’s name pending notification of their next of kin.

Police investigators say the roads were slick from heavy rainfall Thursday evening, but they’ve not yet determined the cause of the accident.</p>

<p>Will Ferrell and Ewan McGregor on Wednesday headed a Forbes.com list of Hollywood’s most overpaid stars when looking at the financial returns of their movies.

Ferrell tops the list of stars who cost more than their movies do, taking in one dollar for every $3.29 his films make. According to Forbes, “Land of the Lost” cost an estimated $US100 million to make but earned just $US65 million at box offices worldwide for movie studio Universal Pictures. The movie followed a disappointing $US43 million box office for Ferrell’s 2008 outing “Semi-Pro“, and $US128 million for “Step Brothers.”

No. 2 on the overpaid actors list is Ewan McGregor (I Love You Phillip Morris, Angels &amp; Demons, The Men Who Stare at Goats, Amelia), who made a slew of poorly performing movies after playing Obi-Wan Kenobi four years ago in “Star Wars: Episode III — Revenge of the Sith.” McGregor’s films earned $3.75 per dollar he was paid.

Forbes 10 Most Overpaid Stars were:

   1. Will Ferrell ($US3.29)
   2. Ewan McGregor ($US3.75)
   3. Billy Bob Thornton ($US4)
   4. Eddie Murphy ($US4.43)
   5. Ice Cube ($US4.77)
   6. Tom Cruise ($US7.18)
   7. Drew Barrymore ($US7.43)
   8. Leonardo DiCaprio ($US7.52)
   9. Samuel Jackson ($US8.59)
  10. Jim Carrey ($US8.62)

				<title>Kurt Loder Reviews 'New Moon'</title>

<p>FROM MTV.COM: In &#034;New Moon,&#034; a new character joins the &#034;Twilight&#034; family of nuzzly PG-13 creatures. It&#039;s the Invisible Man. Not far into the picture, the undead Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson) fades out of the action for a bit, and is replaced by wolf boy Jacob Black (Taylor Lautner). Edward eventually returns, but he never really comes back. Last year&#039;s sensitive hunk, with his pasty face and glum, mopey demeanor, is no match for this year&#039;s actual hunk; and Jacob — vibrant, funny, and madly muscular — romps off with the picture.

It&#039;s a silly picture, of course: Given the series&#039; source material — Stephenie Meyer&#039;s blathery teen novels — what else could it be? But thanks to Lautner and newly-recruited director Chris Weitz, &#034;New Moon&#034; is a notable improvement over &#034;Twilight.&#034; </p>

<title>Shield Writer to Pen Fourth Underworld Film</title>

<p>What would it take to get you really excited for the fourth Underworld film? I’m not sure anything would do the trick for me (I wasn’t excited for the second and third by any means) but putting a really good writer on the job would help. Seeing that a writer from The Shield would be writing the picture gave me a little boost of interest. Only a little boost, though, because it isn’t series creator Shawn Ryan, but John Hlavin, who wrote a couple episodes of the final season.

THR has the goods on Hlavin, who has done some other TV work here and there, most recently writing a couple episodes of the ad agency show Trust Me.

Beyond this hire, we don’t know much about the film, and prior statements about it should probably be taken with a grain of salt. While 3D is a fairly reasonable expectation, until there’s a script ready I wouldn’t hold too tightly to the assumption that Kate Beckinsale will return.

Lakeshore Entertainment honcho Tom Rosenberg said almost two years ago that the fourth film would be meant to carry on with Beckinsale and Scott Speedman’s story as left off at the end of Underworld 2, but that was two years ago. Right now there’s no director attached, and no deals for primary cast to return, so until there’s an actual script we probably won’t hear too much more. Len Wiseman is producing, but that’s not news — he’s produced all three and we knew for certain that he’d be on this one, too.

All we’ve got is a quote from Hlavin, who says the film definitely isn’t another prequel. “It will satisfy old fans and excite new audiences,” he says, “meaning that we don’t want to redo the first three movies, so steps are being taken to honor what fans have loved but at the same time introduce fresh elements.”
